"Today's the day" is what I told myself a few days ago after considering opening an independent boutique real estate brokerage for years. Just as Mel Fisher would say for many years as he searched for the sunken treasure on the Spanish galleon, the "Nuestra Señora de Atocha" off of Key West, I was also searching for "the" day to open an independent real estate brokerage.
