Just sold in Horsham AND in Oreland - on the same day! 😱 It’s hard to believe 2.5+ years have gone by since I first met these lovely clients through a mutual friend and helped them close on their first home. Since then, they’ve added an adorable son to the mix and with toddler life in full swing, it was time for more space for their family.
When the perfect place in Horsham came on, we knew we had to jump! As buyers, these clients knew the drill and put in an amazing offer ASAP which the sellers accepted right away - even canceling the remaining weekend open house!
From there, it was go time! We decluttered, got photos taken, and moved like lightning to list their townhome. Within the first weekend, we were under contract with a fantastic offer!
