FOODIE FRIDAY! Ahi Tuna Salad

Tuna steak - rinse and pat dry. Dredge in equal parts soy and honey. Top with crushed peppercorns. Marinate for at least 10 minutes. Cook on high heat (cast iron) with a little oil for 2 mins per side. Slice right away to stop it cooking further.

Toss salad with a lemon olive oil vinaigrette. I used mixed greens, water chestnuts and black olives. Top with the tuna and enjoy. Plain yogurt makes a nice topping.
