With fall on the way, make sure you get your outdoor space ready for the seasonal change. Here are some important outdoor chores to help get your yard ready for autumn:
• Put away the outdoor toys and furniture left over from this summer. Check for items that need to be repaired or discarded, and clean them before putting them in storage.
• Clean your grill and either cover it or put it into storage in a sheltered spot like a shed or garage.
• Check with your pest control service and determine whether you need to get a handle on ant nests or other late summer creepy crawlies.
• If you have potted plants, consider which ones to throw away and which ones may be brought inside for the winter.
A well-maintained outdoor space also makes your home more attractive to potential buyers. When you're ready to list, reach out and let's work together to find the right buyer for you!
