Pennsylvania Association of Realtors - PAR was notified about new guidance

Any real estate business which is executed remotely is permissible, including virtual or telework operation for desktop appraisals.

For residential real estate contracts entered into after March 6, 2020, in-person inspections, appraisals, final walk-throughs, and title insurance activities are prohibited until the Emergency Disaster Declaration is lifted for Pennsylvania.

Well how is everyone feeling about their home? Do you notice projects that you would like to complete...new bathroom...decorate your bedroom? Or do you decide its time to move on, should you ever be "staying in place" for a while again. Magazines are full of ideas. But hate to say this, but Zillow is full of great decorating ideas. It doesnt matter the price range. Those pics are all available for you to see. I find the south...Atanta and Southern Connecticut to have fabulously decorated homes. Its free and you don't have to buy magazines or look at ads (although some of the ads in decorating mags are great!!) Everywhere you can find ideas to get your creative juices flowing! Or, if you are ready to move on.... look in what you think (who knows how the markets will turn when this is over) is your price range in your area, or where you want to have a second home. You have time to really get a sense of prices and what you can expect. You'll be prepared when you start your home search. And remember, where you live now is your respite, your refuge, your special place...don't wait to sell to fix it up. You deserve the best!!! Live it, Love it!!
