Foundations are progressing and the precast concrete panels are going up. Developed by High Street Residential and built by March Construction, Thorndal Circle is bringing 175 Class A units to 11 acres just south of downtown Darien, across five buildings with layouts from studios to two-bedrooms with dens.

When it's done, residents get a clubhouse, resort-style pool, coworking lounge, yoga studio, spa, golf simulator, demo kitchen, 2.5 acres of green space, walking trails, and two Metro-North stations within walking distance to Manhattan. Fairfield County is about to get something serious.

A huge congratulations to Danbro Properties and Sterling Properties on the start of construction at the corner of Fair Lawn Avenue and Plaza Road, right next to the Radburn Train Station. The site, formerly home to a dated L-shaped strip mall that had housed Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, and Grand Union over the past 60 years, has been cleared and is ready for what comes next.

Plaza Greene will deliver 145 age-restricted apartments for residents 55 and older, underground parking, affordable housing opportunities including units for individuals with developmental disabilities, and a Sprouts Farmers Market on the ground floor. That Sprouts will be the first location in Bergen County.

Special thanks to everyone who turned out to mark the moment: Fair Lawn Mayor Cristina Cutrone, Fair Lawn Main Street Board Chair Gail Rottenstrich, Kevin Codey of Danbro Properties, Laura Martino of Sprouts Farmers Market, and the many local officials and community stakeholders who helped bring this project to life. As Mayor Cutrone put it, this groundbreaking "sends a strong message that Fair Lawn is a town worth investing in."

Interior finishes and furnishings are going in, and crews are wrapping up the outdoor pool. Developed by Mordevco and managed by March Construction, One West Linden is delivering 334 units to the heart of Linden, with a mix of one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and flex layouts with dens. Built in partnership with the Township of Linden, this one is turning a long-underused site into a real anchor for the downtown.

The amenity package is stacked. An expansive deck with fire pits and BBQ grills, the outdoor pool that's coming together now, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a game room. Leasing is right around the corner.

The concrete foundation is in and crews are working on the podium. Once that deck is set, four stories of wood frame are set to rise That's 258 Class-A residential units coming to Elizabeth!

Inside, residents get an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, business center, and a golf simulator. The location does a lot of the work here. Direct rail access to NYC via the newly renovated Elizabeth Station, ground-floor retail, opportunity zone designation, and other support from the City of Elizabeth.

This 80-acre campus we built alongside Gensler beat out 64 venues on FIFA's shortlist to become the most requested base of any World Cup competitor.

The main building spans 140,000 SF, with locker rooms, a full gym, a dining hall, physiotherapy spaces, and offices. An advanced HVAC system, intricate metal panel facade, and a two-story angled glass lobby tie it all together. The Red Bulls have called it the most innovative soccer training facility in North America.

As March Construction President Lou March put it: "It was the difference between having an empty training campus and the World Cup's most coveted training base." Huge thanks to the New York Red Bulls, Gensler, and every trade partner who helped deliver this on time and ready for the moment.
