This 80-acre campus we built alongside Gensler beat out 64 venues on FIFA's shortlist to become the most requested base of any World Cup competitor.

The main building spans 140,000 SF, with locker rooms, a full gym, a dining hall, physiotherapy spaces, and offices. An advanced HVAC system, intricate metal panel facade, and a two-story angled glass lobby tie it all together. The Red Bulls have called it the most innovative soccer training facility in North America.

As March Construction President Lou March put it: "It was the difference between having an empty training campus and the World Cup's most coveted training base." Huge thanks to the New York Red Bulls, Gensler, and every trade partner who helped deliver this on time and ready for the moment.

"Get it done, but get it done safely." Words from Safety Director Frank Brady during this week's OSHA National Safety Stand-Down! See more: https://www.marchassociates.com/2026/5/21/honoring-the-national-stand-down-to-prevent-falls

Our crews at ECCO Apartments in Elizabeth, NJ and Thorndal Circle in Darien, CT paused work to focus on fall prevention, ladder safety, and the dangers of distraction on the jobsite.

Every worker deserves to come home the way they came to work. That is the standard we hold at March Construction.

🔥 Before demolition begins at Plaza Greene, Fair Lawn’s bravest were able to use the future site as a high-intensity training ground, preparing to risk their lives when the real call comes. See more: https://www.marchassociates.com/2026/4/30/fair-lawns-future-plaza-greene-site-becomes-real-life-rescue-training-ground-for-first-responders

We were proud to collaborate with Sterling Properties and Danbro Properties to volunteer this property and help make this valuable community training possible before redevelopment begins.

At 22-01 Fair Lawn Avenue, the vacant buildings were prepared for realistic rescue exercises led by the Fair Lawn Fire Department and Fair Lawn Ambulance Squad.

EMS teams conducted a staged disaster response with mock victims inside the former Wells Fargo, while firefighters trained in live rescue, wall breaching, rooftop ventilation, and fire suppression scenarios in the former Dollar Tree building.

Thank you to the dedicated first responders who protect our community every day. We’re honored this future development site could serve an important purpose before construction moves forward.
