Over the past 12 ½ years, I have opened and closed many chapters in the real estate world. Now it is time to close my own real estate chapter on December 31st. I am so grateful for years of support from my friends, family, colleagues, and Brokers. I appreciate the clients who put their trust in my hands to open or close chapters or both. I have enjoyed building relationships that have turned into long-time friendships. I am looking forward to new adventures and enjoying life to the fullest. I am very thankful for choosing the REALTOR® path as it has been a rewarding career. Every day was different and I always learned something new. This is the first time in Hoskins I opened a new chapter for a buyer!! Also, this month I was a buyer's agent for a buyer in my hometown Allen. Whether it is opening or closing a chapter or both, it is fun to work in the surrounding towns around Wayne.

November 20th is finally here. Tonight is a busy night in Wayne America. The Wayne Rotary is having a Festival of Trees Feast at the Wayne City Auditorium from 5 to 7:30. Here is another night for an easy meal. We will be serving three kinds of soup, chili, chicken noodle and vegetarian. Plus, your choice of desserts, pies, brownies, bars, and angel food cake with strawberries. If you have limited time, or don't want to stand in a line, you can order carry out by calling Craig Walling at 402-369-2115. The Parade of Lights starts at 6:30 on Main Street.
