Settlement day! It has been a terrific privilege to list and sell this classic beauty. Extraordinary grounds and lovely interior made this one special. My great Aunt Billie had a wee playhouse/ potting shed like the one on this property. She called it the "Cupcake". Cheers to the new owners who will bring home their first baby to this cake of a home with the added cupcake. Many thanks to the sellers who created many family memories here.

My husband recently sent me this text, "Drove down N. Wayne Ave after dropping Will at train and they've cut down all the trees on both sides down to Lancaster. Any idea why?" The funny thing about this text is that I sit on the WBA board and Radnor Shade Tree and we live in the same house.
Perhaps you are also wondering where the trees went? Radnor Township and the WBA are working together to give Wayne a fresh new look. Phase 2 of the tree planting and resurfacing project is under way.
