I care a whole lot when it comes to my career, clients & their time. Being a realtor takes a lot of patience, time & care. Every client is different- how they communicate, their goals, knowing the process, their schedules, etc. When hiring a realtor to represent you in the best way possible, you need someone who cares about your time/availability, your goals, great communication & negotiation skills, helping you understand the market & more. I CARE and I can do that for you.
Here are some things I don’t care about when it comes to being your agent (no this isn’t a joke, read on):
🏡I don't care if you text me
late at night or early in the morning.
Buying or selling doesn't always fit into business hours. If a question pops into your head at 10PM, I want to hear & I’ll answer as soon as I can.
🏡I don't care if you change your mind a million times.
Buying a home is a huge decision, and clarity takes precious time. My job is to guide you, not rush you. This happens more often than you think & that’s okay!
🏡I don't care if you ask "dumb" questions.
There are no dumb questions! Only informed clients. I'd rather you ask tons of questions than feel unsure.
🏡I don’t care how long it takes you during the process.
I have worked with people for as little as a month or as long as a few years! It doesn't matter, I'm in it for the long haul!
Your goals will always come before my convenience!
