Don’t let yourself or your grandma fall victim to Tom!!

Tom isn’t local and doesn’t offer a fair price for your home! There’s a lot of those “investors” out there, unfortunately!

No one can give you a “fair” offer for your home without seeing it! All that “junk mail” you receive that says, “we will buy your house for x amount, but this offer only last for so long!” Just toss it. Scammers come in all forms these days and unfortunately there are investors out there that are only looking out for themselves. They want to give you minimum value for your home so that they can make maximum value on the flip end.

I “flip” houses bc it’s truly a passion of mine! A dream come true, actually. I do it with my heart. I genuinely care. I care about the people, and I care about giving life back to a home in the proper way. My own goal is to always make enough to where it makes sense. Not enough that I can live a lavish lifestyle. My lavish lifestyle includes, making my own schedule and being able to spend time with my family. Yes, I’d love to travel the world, but right now, I’m just trying to make a living like everyone else, doing what I love!

I want the deal to make sense for you and then me. Not the other way around. I do business with my heart more often than not and I end up working with pretty risky margins the majority of the time.
My heart tells me, I’m here to help, not just here to make money. I very rarely advertise what I do, and yet the phone continues to ring. That’s how I know, I’m doing it right!

Project House Check in…

It may not look like much, but we are moving on this house! This used to be the kitchen…now it’s going to become a multifunctional pantry/laundry/and mudroom! Who doesn’t love a large space that has multiple uses?
