Known as the traditional "Orchard Pig," this heritage breed is world-renowned for its incredible intramuscular marbling and rich flavor profile. Unlike commercial pork, GOS delivers deep red, juicy meat with a beautiful fat cap—perfect for producing premium, thick-cut slab bacon and succulent roasts. Our pigs are raised naturally on open pasture with daily grain and corn supplementation.
📦 How it Works:
1. Reserve: Lock in your share with a $300 non-refundable deposit.
2. Transport: We handle the logistics and deliver the animal securely to the processor.
3. Customize: You call the butcher directly to customize your custom cut sheet (chops, roasts, bacon thickness, and custom sausage seasonings!).
4. Pick Up: Pay the processing fees directly to the butcher when you pick up your neatly vacuum-sealed, frozen pork packages.
