Huge congratulations to my sellers, Rodger and Brenda Daniels, on officially closing this chapter and getting their home sold. Welp… I’m officially getting old 😅

I just helped a young man I used to coach in soccer buy his first home. Feels like yesterday he was out on the field, and now he’s closing on a house. Time really does fly.

Huge congratulations to Aiden and Rachel on their new place! From the first showing to closing day, they stayed patient, trusted the process, and made it happen—and now they’ve got a place to call their own.
