Another Happy Seller!
Quick Story – First Impressions Matter!
I first met this wonderful lady a long time ago during our initial appointment. Everything went great—we had a great conversation, built a solid rapport, and connected well. But when it came time to sign the contract, she said she wasn’t ready.
I simply responded, “That’s completely fine! It was a pleasure meeting you. If anything changes in the future, feel free to reach out.”
Typically, I would follow up on a lead like this, but I didn’t want to be too pushy. Life and business got busy, and honestly, I forgot to check back in.
Fast forward five years—my phone rings, and it’s her! She was ready to sell immediately. I set another appointment, did my due diligence, and 30 days later, we closed. She was beyond satisfied.
