Join us on Saturday, April 25 at 9:00 a.m. at the Public Works office for a hands-on workshop where you’ll build your own rain barrel to take home.

💧 What you’ll do:
• Build a rain barrel step-by-step
• Learn how to collect rainwater for gardens & landscaping
• Support water conservation & reduce stormwater runoff

🧰 Materials are provided.
Participants are encouraged to bring a cordless drill if possible (a few will be available to share).

What a frenzy this spring/summer market has brought, but y'all it has also caused a frenzy in my brain, duck on a pond status.
I had a showing where I couldn't find the key!
I unlocked the door, let my clients in, and when I went to put the key back in the lockbox —it was just gone.
Not in my pocket.
Not in my bag.
Not on the floor.
Not anywhere.
I retraced every step.
My clients helped.
I am totally embarrassed at this point...
We checked the driveway, the porch, the bushes, the walkway, the lockbox, the sidewalk, the street, everywhere.
Nothing.
I started spiraling, big time.
Did a bird take it?
Did I drop it in the house?
Did it fall into another dimension?
We searched for 20 minutes.
Finally, I sat on the porch to think… and I felt something poke me.
It was the KEY!!!!!
In my back pocket.
A pocket I never use.
My clients just stared at me like I was the world’s most chaotic magician.
Punchline:
April Fools — but let’s be honest, this one feels a little too possible.
