As a Realtor since 1979, Paul has consistently been a recognizable face in Franklin County, PA and Washington, MD real estate where he has built his business through client referrals. Through his experience in Sales, as well as positions as a Sales Manager, Brokerage Partner, and Owner in real estate offices, located in Waynesboro, Chambersburg, Greencastle and Hagerstown, MD, Paul has an uncommon

As an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (formerly Jack Gaughen Realty), Paul annually ranks as one of the company’s top salespeople, joining the prestigious President’s Club in 2010. Although he specializes in the selling of properties, Paul enjoys working with buyers and is passionate about meeting his client's needs regardless of what side of the transaction they are on. After overseeing thousands of real estate transactions throughout the course of his career, he truly brings a “Let me help you!” approach to work on a daily basis. Additionally, through his personal experience as a Real Estate Investor and Developer, Paul is well-versed and well-equipped to walk clients through the process of both buying and selling of Multi-Unit, Commercial, and Industrial Property acquisitions, whether existing buildings and businesses or land purchase through to site completion. Professional responsibilities notwithstanding, Paul is also actively involved with a number of organizations in the community, including Rotary International, the Waynesboro Hospital Board of Directors, MainStreet Waynesboro, the Arts Alliance, and the Greater Waynesboro Chamber of Commerce. He was the recipient of the chamber’s “Business Person of the Year” award in 2002.
