Good morning Residents, Just a reminder that starting on Monday the 26th the new smart meters will start being installed.

This could take 3,4 or 5 days to complete. To assure quick and easy installation please be sure they have easy access to your water meters.

There could possibly be water interruptions during these times.
This is something we cannot control.
We cannot answer questions as for how long or even when it will occur for your home and area.

Hello to All

Due to personal reasons the Office will be closed until July 8th. We MIGHT be able to work on Thursday no promises.
We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
David will be there except for the 3rd and 6th.

Happy Saturday ,
We wanted to let you know that the office will be closed from Friday July 3rd thru Tuesday July 7th for the Holiday weekend.
We will reopen on Wednesday July 8th.
We hope you all have a safe and fun Holiday celebration.

The Office will also be closed Tuesday June 30th.

Hello all,
Hope everyone is having a great evening.
We will be at the Creek for one more day then we will be here for Thursday and Friday.

Remember that we are no longer taking payments in the office , we offer the resident portal or if you prefer you can pick up the form with your account and codes to pay through western union.

No more in office payments will be accepted any longer, this will make paying so much more convenient for everyone!
