Gobble, Gobble Turkey Lurkeys!!

Less than 60 days wraps up this wild and crazy year!
Iโm determined to finish with my Florida Real Estate License in hand and my SC Lic on deck for 1st quarter. I will expand my licensed reach to a min. of 4 states within the next two years if not quicker.
Why? I predict my clients will be moving in ways that will require me to partner with other agents over & above a referral. Thereโs so many working components to a deal, at this point.
I was asked by a client (referred him to an attorney, immediately as I donโt practice in TN) about a TN contract, post closing, resulting in THOUSANDS paid to the agent in TN. My same client (in NC) ended up paid an agent several thousands I feel couldโve been avoided, just by having a trusted agent to represent them fluidly and partnering with agents in near by regions.
As the housing market changes, the mountains have changed. Closings continue to happen. Listings continue to go up. Business is happening in areas that are slightly unaffected or even mostly recovered.
There is also relocation temporary and permanent taking place - all within WNC, ENC, SC, ETN, NEGA & Those who also own in the mountains across Florida some collateral damage in both places. My great goes out to folks who not only took it once but twice as well.
Still, embedded in every single WNC community is an ongoing story of repair and rebuilding. Not just Asheville. Not just Swannanoa, though off highway, it was alot to take in emotionally. I spent 5 years of my life driving and riding those roads inside and out.
Tennessee - Gatlinburg, Greenbrier, Pigeon Forge, Cosby, Del Rio, Cosby, Newport, Hey32 - yes, I did that one more than once on my own - maybe not on purpose.
Once I get through this first part of the process, Iโll be able to truly dive back into everything full speed.
Hang onto your hats folks. Less than 60 days to finish this out, dive into winter, and kick some proverbial ass. I have friends doing well after the storm and others barely surviving. My great sis be there but my life says post the bills do the work needed that you can.
Looking forward to delivery of the community load my girl Jaime Taylor is really showing up for us in big ways and I canโt wait to really gift all those blessings to the communities needing these specific items. All the while hoping to knock out licensing fairly quickly.
