March Market Update: Jackson & Haywood Counties
The Western North Carolina spring market is gaining significant traction. Here is a breakdown of the latest data for Jackson and Haywood Counties.
Jackson County: Month-Over-Month Momentum
Comparing March to February, the market is accelerating with increased activity across all key metrics. The winter lull has ended. Buyers are active, and the market is moving quickly as we head further into spring.
Haywood County: Year-Over-Year Growth
When compared to March of last year, Haywood County shows strong value appreciation and increased buyer commitment. Home values in Haywood County continue to climb. Despite a slight dip in new monthly listings, the high volume of pending and closed sales proves buyer demand remains robust.

The idea for Karma Keg is simple:
Make a donation, receive a drink ticket, and choose a select craft beer or beverage of your choice in exchange for your support!
Come by anytime after 6:00 PM to enjoy great beverages and conversation at one of downtown Waynesville’s favorite local breweries. At 7:30 PM or when the beer keg kicks, we pull a voting card out of the Karma Keg, and whichever local nonprofit is on the card wins the entire evening’s proceeds. If you have a favorite community nonprofit, invite a bunch of your friends and increase the chances of your charity of choice winning the evening’s take.
