I kind of feel like I just ended a pretty serious 3 month relationship 😆

We were group texting almost everyday. I appreciate their humor, they are so easy going, and (I think) we made house shopping fun. We viewed some doozy’s during our showings, but picked out a very cute starter home.

It’s a BIG deal in your young 20’s to buy your first home. A lot of nerves, and a ton of excitement. I was their age when I purchased my first home and it took me back to all the feels 🤗. I can’t wait to see the progress they make, and the future puppy that will entertain their large back yard (I seriously wanted to bring a puppy to closing-but I didn’t want them to hate me).

Congratulations to this hard working couple. 👏

This house is a CUTIE!
Rooms for days, SO much space.

My clients wanted plenty of room for out of town guests, with a specific price point and we found the whole package.

The best part…the agent was SO friendly, so responsive and we both worked as a team to get this wrapped up. That just does not happen often enough.

The theme here…is never stop believing ✨

My clients are under contract on their dream home. We tried once and lost out on this beauty because of a cash offer. They never stopped believing and we got the call that she was back on the market.

The area they wanted, the street they wanted, AND right next to their very best friends. I think we all cried happy tears because this was truly meant to be for them.

If PENDING could have a sound, it would sound like hallelujah!

A few disappointments along the way, sometimes feeling discouraged, but all in all we only shopped for about a month. This house kind of felt like “just another house, nothing overly eager”. But then all of us turned to love it.
Location is exactly what they wanted, brick ranch, school district is their preference…

Did I mention they are first time home buyers? What a score! They are a joy, our personalities match and once again, communication has been a dream. Working with yet another young couple, I’m really starting to feel old 😅 it’s fine.

But this is BIG deal!

My youngest home buyer yet, at the ripe age of 19. He never wanted to throw money away on rent, he wanted to invest in himself. He wanted something in need of TLC, where he planned to work on this after his full time job clocked out.

Such a young age, looking ahead and seeing the big picture of how to grow in every direction.
