Pricing💰 your home RIGHT in this market is important. Your agent🧑‍💼 can do everything the right way but if it’s not priced right it will sit. Let me give you an example….. My last seller had a couple of agents tell them that they should list their home at 38k less ⬇️than what I sold it for. I had this 🏡 under contract TWICE within 30 days and got 38k🤑 more than what the other agents told them they should list if for.
