As your all aware, we keep our costs significantly lower than market value or what we should be charging for rent. In order for us to keep up with this practice please be doing preventative maintenance on your own in the homes. Change out HVAC filters, clean A/C units, get gutters and downspouts cleaned out, check for plumbing issues and leaks regularly. If there is a small issue please get it resolved before it becomes a larger one. Thank you all for being great tenants, we appreciate every one of you!

Hey everyone it's been awhile since we have posted. I just wanted to keep you all up to date on some things. We have had some major repairs lately, A/C and furnace replacement, water heater, whole house painting etc. We are trying to make all the necessary repairs to all the properties but have been getting slammed lately with issues and the rising costs of services and property taxes. Please please do not hesitate to reach out if you need something but please just be patient as we are getting to things when we can, do not wait until the last minute when a simple easy repair turns into something major! Also, a friendly reminder that all landscaping is YOUR responsibility and if we need to hire landscaping companies to service your property you will be getting that bill. And please remember that A/C units need to be cleaned out (spray the coils with water hose from inside out) at least once but preferably twice a year. It's been a very hot summer and this will help keep you cool. And change out your filters. Thanks everyone for being such awesome tenants and we love and appreciate every single one of you!!

In Warren County we ranked 2nd out of 8 districts with a 5 star rating and a performance index of 102.4 compared to 102.0 last year.
