Under Contract! 🎉

My first-time home buyer is officially under contract on this amazing condo, and I couldn't be more excited for him! Whether it was the gym, the pool with a waterfall, the tennis and pickleball courts, or the beautifully updated, move-in ready two-bedroom condo, this one checked all the boxes. The location was perfect too!

Now it's time to get him to the closing table so he can start enjoying all the incredible amenities and making this place home.

This one is extra special. ❤️

Not that every buyer isn’t special to me, but I’ve been working with these buyers for quite some time now. Along the way, they became so much more than clients, they became friends.

Today we found the one and we are officially pending! 🎉

1.5 acres with no road noise, just peace and quiet… exactly what they were searching for. The beautiful kitchen with all the warm wood tones and character completely stole our hearts too.

This home checked every single box and I couldn’t be happier for my friends. Now onto the closing table! 🏡
