My client has been searching for his first home for the last year and a half, as we all know it has been TOUGH out there for new buyers. He has gone though multiple realtors, put in multiple offers and seen 30 plus properties.

He lit up when we walked into this home, so excited to put in an offer! We ended up winning in multiple offers, the excitement when I told him we did it is always the feeling I give to every new buyer!!!
