Financing- when to do it??
While we love showing houses as realtors, we don’t want to be going outside of your comfort zone when it comes to payments. So before you get your hopes set in on a home, get preapproved with a lender. If you need a recommendation, talk with your realtor as we work with lenders frequently!

It’s been a growing week. My Jen-U-Win for the week is deciding that I needed to adjust, and get uncomfortable. Ultimately switching teams within my brokerage. I’m excited for this support and growth that will come. And huge thanks to my mentors Darcy and Becky.
