When rates drop, buyer demand typically increases. And with more buyers comes more competition, multiple offers, and potentially higher purchase prices.

🍂 That’s why fall can be an underrated time to buy!

Less competition can mean more negotiating power, greater flexibility on terms, and the opportunity to purchase a home without competing against ten other buyers.

And here’s something worth remembering: You may be able to refinance your interest rate later, but you can’t renegotiate your purchase price once you’ve closed. Of course, the numbers need to make sense for your budget today. But waiting for the perfect interest rate doesn’t always mean getting the best deal. Sometimes the biggest opportunity is the one everyone else is overlooking.
