This family deserves some sort of award! 🏅Their real estate journey was a roller coaster ride but they did it! Back in early March their dream house came on the market. They weren’t even thinking of moving at the time, but we had to act fast. We quickly saw the property, wrote an offer, and got a signed contract before multiples offers came in. All to turn around and quickly get their house ready for the market. They went above and beyond to do so! They had late nights and long days doing everything I suggested and more. Here is where things really got interesting… COVID 19 started to get real and things started shutting down. Stressful times! I should probably add they are both doctors, selling their house, and saving the world. Their house was beautiful, clean, and ready to go. We go live and then school gets canceled and they have three young children... If you have kids, you know keeping your house clean is a full-time job. Two weeks later the house sells, but we aren’t closing until June 1st. To keep their dramatic story going, Jon is in the national guard and gets activated for COVID and the riots. Moral of the story, I have amazing clients! And real estate can be crazy! Congratulations Jon and Moe, it was a wild three months but you did it! I’m happy it’s over for you, but I miss our time together and would do it all over again ☺❤️
