Minnesota’s housing market continued its shift toward more balanced conditions in August, giving buyers more options while sellers continue to enter the market.
Inventory remained at a seven-year high, while new listings increased for the seventh consecutive month. Although statewide sales dipped for the first time in five months, both new listings and pending sales remain up for the year.
With more homes available and the market reaching its most balanced August since 2017, buyers may have a little more breathing room — but well-positioned homes can still stand out. 📈🏠
