Buying a home in Minneapolis is not as simple as waiting for the “perfect market”.

The headlines might make it sound like everyone is sitting still, but my clients are proving them wrong.😉

People outgrow homes, find the one they cannot stop thinking about, need more space, want a different neighborhood, or realize the timing finally makes sense for their family.

This is why I never want clients making decisions based only on what the news says is happening.

Your move should be based on your numbers, your goal, goals, your timing, and what actually makes sense for your life.
