Minnesota’s highest court must step in to correct a dangerous precedent. I legally purchased riparian rights on Lake Minnetonka through a court-authorized administrator sale, yet the lower courts have ruled that the heirs get to keep both the property and the money—a decision that turns probate law upside down. If this ruling stands, who will ever trust a court-authorized sale again?

This fight isn’t just about me—it’s about protecting property rights, probate integrity, and the rule of law in Minnesota. Political power players in Orono shut down my legally approved dock, and the courts have failed to uphold the law. If the Minnesota Supreme Court doesn’t hear this case, what’s stopping this from happening to anyone?

I’m requesting the Minnesota Supreme Court to take up this case and deliver justice. Like, share, and make your voice heard!

The riparian rights were separated from a property in Orono in 1984. Four decades years later, it remains unclear who owns access to the lake.
