Congratulations to my clients on a successful sale their starter home as they are onto the exciting next chapter with their growing family!

I helped a sweet couple buy this home 5 years ago, off market and through my network, when inventory was low and competition was fierce. It was a huge score and turned out to be the perfect place for them to start their family with a spacious fenced in backyard. There is something special about a home with history. Original hardwood floors, built-ins, beautiful woodwork, mature trees, and established neighborhoods offer character that can be difficult to duplicate.

But character should always be considered alongside condition.

Before buying, I recommend paying close attention to:

🔍 Roof, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
🪟 Windows, insulation, and energy efficiency
🛠️ Quality and history of previous improvements
📐 How the layout and storage fit your needs
🌳 The neighborhood and location
