Water main broke on LaMesa. Water had to be shut off for a little while. It is being repaired as of now.

If you are a property owner, don’t forget to either come to the annual water meeting for $25 credit on your water bill or return the signed proxy for a $10 credit on your water bill. You can return the proxy to the white mailbox on the corner of Stonebridge Dr. and StonebridgeCt. or mail it in with your water bill. Must be in be April 13 for credit.

S-Estates Water Customers,

The water service has returned to full pressure after our successful water main valve replacement.
You may experience a slight cloudiness in the water that is brought on by additional air that was introduced in the water main during the restoring of your water service.
After you open a few faucets throughout the house you will see that the cloudiness lessens and will ultimately be gone.

S-Estates Water Supply customers,

We will be replacing a water main valve this morning (6-12-25) at the intersection of Stonebridge Drive and Stonebridge Court.
This replacement shouldn't take more than two hours from the time we shut off the water.
Those customers with water service in the following areas will be affected.
Stonebridge Court, The 3400 block of Stonebridge Drive and those with water service on South Forty Drive.

It’s that time of year again! S-Estates Water Supply annual meeting! Come see what your water board does for you April 26th at Northside Baptist Church @10:00am. And you get $25 credit on your next water bill. If you cant make it to the meeting, you can still get a credit of $10 simply by filling out the Proxy form that came with your water bill and returning it to the office address or put in the proxy box at 3404 Stonebridge Dr.

It’s that time of the year for making sure that pipes are wrapped including outdoor hose bibs and give your pets some extra warmth.
Bring those plants inside that mean something to you😀.

We’re all looking at some very low temperatures this coming week so don’t procrastinate.

At night leave a few faucets dripping so that you don’t wake up to frozen pipes…kitchen sink and bathtub are to great locations for that.

GREAT NEWS FROM YOUR WATER BOARD!!!! For a few years now, we have been collaborating with Julian to install a generator. This initiative aims to ensure our water supply operates seamlessly during extreme freeze events. Thanks to Julian's diligence and perseverance, we have successfully completed the installation.
