I honestly think people are overlooking this one! 👀

This property just outside Thomas is now listed at $230,000–and the seller is willing to contribute up to $7,500 towards a buyer’s closing costs or interest-rate buy down with an acceptable offer.

➡️If you’ve been wanting a little land and a shop without the huge price tag, this one might surprise you!

Send me a message, call, or text me at #405-542-7179 and let’s take a look!

Good morning! I’d like to take a minute to talk about the beauty in blue! This woman is the glue that holds us together. Because she is who she is as a partner, wife and mom I get to do what I love. With her by my side I know everything is going to be ok and we can face anything. Today I’m grateful for the Lord blessing me with such an amazing person to journey life with! Happy birthday Nikki Holt Slagell!! 🎉🎉
