Story time: These clients met with another real estate team before me. Those realtors came in very snooty and immediately started pointing out negative aspects of their home. This is an impressive home, so finding negative features is hard to do. What surprised me the most, is they gave my clients a listing price on the spot without producing any detailed market analysis. They told my clients that if they wanted to sell, they would need to list at $1.25M. Keep that number in mind.
