Happy December everyone!!! Things are moving along nicely with our new business. We've recently partnered with New Refined Images as part of a direct mail marketing campaign for a local investor who likes to buy and hold rentals. We're doing 90% of the followup correspondence with homeowners who have called from a letter mailed to them about purchasing their house.

"The House On The Hill"

Going to look at a house today. This one's probably not a good choice for a rental, and the fixed up resale value is over $220k. Which means...this could be our first rehab project. Happy Monday everybody! Things are happening in the 2nd Chance Properties world! While we work towards our first deal, we've recently hooked up with a couple of local investors, helping them with some maketing since, apparently, I have the gift of gab :) I'm doing some phone & follow up work with them.
