It was wonderful to get to team up with my parents to both list this home and find a buyer! This 1900's home has so much history and it was amazing to learn about it and the people who used to live there from the sweet neighbors next door! I'm so pleased for our seller-client and buyer-clients for whom we were able to negotiate on behalf of and settle on a deal that made everyone happy! There is so much potential in this property and I cannot wait to see what comes of it. I am so excited to announce that I got my first house under contract!
