Meet Diana, a WNC local of more than 10 years who brings calm, care, and genuine joy to every client she works with.
On Saturday mornings, you’ll usually find her on the front porch with her dogs and a cup of coffee, soaking in the quiet mountain air. It’s no surprise she loves showing homes in the mountains - the scenery, the peace, the sense of escape. It’s her happy place, and she loves sharing it with buyers. ☕
When she’s not working, Diana is probably trying a new recipe, working in the yard, or treating herself to a mocha frappe (her favorite splurge). And here’s a fun twist: despite her warm, outgoing energy, she’s actually an introvert.
Her goto weekend meal?
Homemade pizza - dough and all.
Her household preference?
Dogs, of course. 🐾
Why Real Estate?
A friend encouraged her to give real estate a try when she moved to NC - and it clicked instantly. She’s a contracts gal who loves guiding people through every step of buying or selling. It’s more than a job; it’s something she’s truly good at and genuinely enjoys.
Her Favorite Clients?
She has a soft spot for firsttime homebuyers. Their excitement is contagious, and she loves
being the steady guide who helps them navigate the process and celebrate that magical
moment when they get their keys.
Recent Win
She recently helped a family find the perfect home in the perfect location at the perfect price. It took patience and persistence, but seeing them finally land their dream home was incredibly
rewarding.
