Good morning everyone. Just a message to prospective customers, I will no longer be installing ceiling fans until October unless it is a straight swap from an existing fan that has the proper mounting hardware installed in the attic. The reason is the summer heat and that kind of work can require at least an hour in an attic that reach up to 140 degrees.
Come October I’m happy to continue attic work for everyone. Thank you and have a happy fourth.

I’ve ran into an interesting issue. If your house has had a lightning strike and it caused one or two afci breakers to go bad, it’s worth it to just replace every one of them. I replaced 2 after a lightning strike, then 2 more died 2 weeks later. They’re very sensitive and it’s like once they take one hard hit it’s only a matter of time.
