I was born and raised in Iowa with a stint in California right out of high school and then back to Iowa. Since I hate the cold, I then tried my hand in Florida, where I still own a condo in Tampa, Florida. I moved to Florida in around 1998 with a business degree in court reporting, where I was a freelance and criminal and civil court reporter. Once married, with my husband’s strong ties to Iowa, we moved back a couple times, where the last time in 2014 I started working for the State of Iowa as an official court reporter for Hamilton, Hardin, and Wright counties, and also broadcast captioning in the evenings. But I have always had a passion for anything real estate! In around 2007 I started a website selling houses for sale by owner and dabbled in fixer-uppers and staging homes for pictures. So today, still with the passion for houses, I received my real estate license in 2021 and am excited to serve the Webster City area in selling and buying houses with help on staging and a hand in any help my clients could use. I’m here to make the process as easy and simple and fast as possible for my clients.
