Big news… and a little bit of a full-circle moment for me 💛

Back in 2006, I opened Neighborhood Realty with a dream and a passion for helping people find their place to call home. Over the past nearly 20 years, I’ve been so blessed to work with hundreds and hundreds of amazing clients and build relationships that mean the world to me.

That’s why this decision didn’t come easy—but it feels right.

I’m excited to share that I am going to be selling Neighborhood Realty, along with the building, to Holly Weisberg-Louk with Five 1 Five Realty. Holly is someone our team already knows and truly enjoys working with, and I couldn’t feel better about passing the torch to her.

The GOOD news is… I’m not going anywhere 😊I’ll still be right here, working with my clients and doing what I love—just without the behind-the-scenes responsibilities of running the entire office.

This change will allow me to spend more time with my grandkids, continue growing our cattle herd, and be more involved in our family farming operation—all things that are very important to me.

As for our clients—things will feel very familiar! Same location, same team, same phone number, and the same commitment to taking great care of you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Neighborhood Realty over the years. It truly has meant everything.
