Can you sell a St. Louis home as-is, with no commissions and no closing costs, even if you're sure it's the one nobody would want? That was Matt Chambers's question on Great Day St. Louis (KMOV), and Chris Kirshenboim from Chris Buys Homes in St. Louis answered it with a resounding yes.
As-is is literal. A bad foundation, a bad roof, repairs large or small, rooms that still hold years of belongings. The house goes exactly as it stands, and nothing gets spent getting it ready.
Condition is only half of what stops people. Circumstance is the other half, and that comes with us too.
