💚🩺 Cause Spotlight: Mental Health Awareness & National Nurses Month 🩺💚

As May comes to a close, I wanted to take a moment to recognize two incredibly important causes: **Mental Health Awareness Month** and **National Nurses Month.**

This month reminds us not only to care for our physical health, but also to prioritize mental wellness, support one another, and continue breaking the stigma around asking for help. Mental health matters at every stage of life, and kindness and compassion can make a bigger difference than we often realize. 💚

It is also a time to recognize the incredible nurses and healthcare workers who care for others every single day with strength, dedication, and heart. Their compassion, resilience, and commitment do not go unnoticed.

This cause feels especially meaningful to me this year as my daughter recently graduated with her nursing degree. Watching her step into a profession centered around helping others has made me even more appreciative of the work healthcare professionals do every day. 💙

As we wrap up May, let’s continue to support one another, prioritize wellness, and show gratitude for those who care for our communities every day.

Over the past few weeks, I have shared a little more personally than usual, inspired by my daughter’s graduation and this season of change.
