Congratulations to the Wileys!! 🏡✨

And while we're at it - let's bust some myths about new construction:

✅YES you can bring your own agent who can negotiate on your behalf, represent you and assist you in the array of decisions to be made. Reputable builders don't mind.
✅ YES it is worth it to have an outside home inspector inspect the property at different phases. Builders can't catch everything and most want you to be happy with the end product. It's how they build a good name
