Earning her real estate license in 2006, Kari had previously worked in the real estate industry for nearly a decade. Beginning in the title industry, while working for a real estate attorney in Virginia Beach where she grew up, she learned the techniques and strategies used by investors to acquire properties. After moving to Texas in 1998, it wasn’t long before Kari began investing in real estate herself, purchasing both rentals and rehabilitation projects. Kari uses savvy negotiations and cutting-edge marketing strategies to join uncompromising integrity as the hallmark of her service.
In 2019, Kari joined her husband Randy Barr in opening the new brokerage, Barr & Associates Real Estate, LLC.
Thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business, Kari formed the foundation of her success.
