It's not surprising that the sellers netted $60K OVER list price with multiple offers, since they listened to their agent Paola Gomez McGuire's advise to prepare their home before it hit the market. They agreed to our suggestions and painted throughout, replaced carpet and light fixtures and ultimately had us come in and stage.

Sometimes the house is decorated beautifully, but just needs a little visual merchandising for MLS pictures & showings. The seller's agent Betsy Jasinski, NC & SC Realtor brought us in for a consultation to help sellers prepare their home to sell. After our guidance they wanted us to come back to make their home picture perfect. It worked! After 1st day on market they received several offers and 1 was too good to pass up. They cancelled dozens of showing that were already scheduled after that and closed $70K over list price. A little prep investment can go a long way, even in a sellers market!
