Deron and Johanna were terrific hosts! They had the place perfectly set up before we got there and allowed us to check in early! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. Deron was exceptional: friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great experience. Communication was seamless, and they provided a binder that was helpful and recommended a few places to eat and play. That made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we wanted to see and do while still providing a relaxing and peaceful retreat. We truly felt at home during our stay. We enjoyed the place so much we ended up not even going anywhere and we just swam and kayaked up and down the river. Thank you again for being so accommodating! We highly recommend staying here and plan to do so again next year when we come back!

We had the best time at this property! We loved it! The house was so clean and beautiful. Fully stocked and my son loved all the snacks they provided for us. So many kayaks and paddle boards to choose from. The water mat was the best. The location is wonderful and close to the park and other areas that we love to kayak to. We saw many manatees early in the morning from the dock. The host was so great and answered any questions and was available at any time. We did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you!

This whole experience was amazing start to finish. The location is perfect. It’s just around the corner from the main river and Roger’s Park, but on a canal so not too much traffic in your backyard. There was, however, plenty of manatee traffic. We spent a good portion of our time there just watching the water from the dock or the screened in patio. In addition to the manatees, we saw loads of fish, some turtles, even an otter without even leaving the house. The kayak selection was super appreciated as we were first timers and it was nice to be able to try the kayaks and the SUP boards to find our preferences. Our 9-year-old loved paddling on the youth kayak, swimming and snorkeling in the canal, using the rope swing and inflatable lounge chair, as well as the new lily pad that he was honored to break in. There was fishing equipment, a fire pit, lots of outdoor seating. The house itself had everything we could have needed. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in each shower. There were plenty of bath & beach towels, wash cloths, etc. In the closet of the queen bedroom, there were loads of life jackets & whistles, extra pillows & blankets, a couple fans, extra laundry baskets. There was detergent & laundry sheets in the laundry room. The kitchen was fully stocked. We used the blender and keurig daily. The living room was comfy with 2 full sofas. Ceiling fans everywhere, which was a plus. Deron was super helpful & responsive. We can’t wait to come back!"
