This closing was especially meaningful because these clients are not only wonderful people—Taylor one of my best friends from high school.

We officially closed on their new piece of land where they’ll begin their next chapter back in the area they call home. 🏡🌳

It’s such an honor when friends trust me to guide them through one of life’s biggest decisions. I couldn’t be more excited to watch their dreams take shape on this property and see everything they build here in the years ahead.

So excited for my amazing client on the closing of this beautiful property in Hallettsville! From the very beginning, she was an absolute joy to work with — kind, patient, and truly wonderful through every step of the process.

Rain or shine—when a client (and friend) wants to see a property, you grab the rain boots (and an extra pair for them), throw on the ponchos, and go show the land!
