Monte Carmack, Realtor I am a 29+ year resident of Seminole County with a background in real estate, customer service and business management.

Prior to my real estate career, I was in the golf business serving as a Golf Professional, Club Manager (overseeing the profit of all departments and correspondence between the Members, Employee Partners and Financial Stakeholders), Regional Manager (multi-unit financial responsibility), and Vice President of Golf Operations (oversaw the development, implementation, training and monitoring of poli

cies and procedures of 130+ golf operations) for ClubCorp. In these positions I was responsible for achieving results for Employee, Member, Guest and Investor Satisfaction. Realtor® – a professional Realtor® who is a member of a local board (or association) of REALTORS (Orlando Regional Realtors® Association) and is affiliated with the Florida Realtors® Association and National Association of REALTORS (NAR). Being trained in the details of property transfer, knowledge of market conditions, knowledge of how to market real estate or businesses, knowledge of how to analyze buyer’s needs, knowledge of laws pertaining to real estate and bound by the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of Realtors.
