While Tesson Ridge is becoming a brand-new community, these historic barns are staying right where they’ve always been.

They’re a reminder of the land’s history and a connection between what this property was and what it’s becoming.

Progress doesn’t always mean starting from scratch. Sometimes it means preserving the pieces that make a place worth remembering.

Not every square foot of a lot is buildable.

Setbacks determine how close a home can be to the road and neighboring properties. They might seem like a small detail, but they have a big impact on what can ultimately be built.

It’s another example of why thoughtful planning starts long before construction.

The race doesn’t start when the dirt starts moving 🏁

It starts with everything that happens beforehand.

While we wait on our grading permit, we’re making sure the site is ready to go from day one. By taking care of the prep work now, we can hit the ground running when the green light comes.

The fastest projects aren’t the ones that rush. They’re the ones that are prepared.

That’s what the due diligence period is for.

Before we buy a piece of land, we’re investigating everything.

Zoning, utilities, environmental reports, rock, site conditions, budgets, and anything else that could impact the project.

The best developments start with asking the right questions.

One step closer.

With the streets now poured at Phase 2 of Post Farms, we’re wrapping up the final pieces of infrastructure before our builders take the next step.

Development is a long process, but moments like this are a reminder of why every phase matters. Before long, this jobsite will become a neighborhood filled with families, and that’s always the best part.

A little water now can save a lot of work later 💧

Jetting our sewer lines helps clean the pipe before inspection while encouraging the surrounding soil to settle before pavement goes in.

Getting stormwater flowing where it’s supposed to means we’re one step closer to wrapping up another section of Tesson Ridge.

Now it’s on to the outfall structures, seeding, and checking more items off the list ✅

Not every job on a construction site calls for bigger equipment.

Sometimes the safest approach is also the slowest one.

Taking the extra time to protect existing utilities helps prevent costly damage, unnecessary outages, and keeps the project moving in the right direction.
