Some of the way I run my business is not the standard, and I've made my peace with that.

I’ve been in Wellesley long enough to know: October is when this town really shows off.

It’s the season when the trees around Wellesley Square, Lake Waban, and the surrounding streets begin to change—and even an ordinary drive through town feels a little more special.
Here’s what I’m looking forward to this fall in Wellesley:
🍂 A Saturday in Wellesley Square, when the sidewalks are lively, local shops and restaurants are welcoming, and the changing leaves make downtown feel even more charming.
🥾 A walk along the Brook Path, also known as Fuller Brook Park, surrounded by changing leaves and the peaceful scenery that makes Wellesley feel like home.
☕ A coffee stop in town, followed by a slow afternoon exploring Wellesley Square’s local shops and restaurants.
🍁 Taking in the fall scenery around Lake Waban on the publicly accessible paths—one of those places that never seems to look exactly the same twice.
🏡 And, of course, driving through the areas around Wellesley Hills, Wellesley Farms, and Wellesley Square to see the homes, trees, and streets transform with the season.
