It is essentially a small city being built from scratch — and the inventory mix right now is the most interesting it has been in two years.

🌴 The Community
Seven builders are active inside Avenir: GL Homes (Apex), Toll Brothers (Regency, 55+), Kolter (L'Ambiance), DiVosta, WL Homes, Akel Homes, and Kenco. That is why pricing runs from the upper $600s on townhomes all the way past $20M on custom estates. About 135 homes are listed across the community today, with a median sale price around $1.1M.
🏠 Homes & Pricing
